Activity Log

The activity log is a plain-language record of what happened on your account and on your artist: who did what, when, and what Slipmat did by itself.

There are two logs:

Each line shows the time, who did it, and what happened. Your account log also shows the artist that the line is about. Automatic steps are done by System: Slipmat’s scheduled jobs and the messages from the streaming server.

The log shows the newest 25 lines. Load more shows the next 25.

The artist log records:

  • Events: created, published, edited, cancelled, deleted, hidden, and each start, end, resume and archive. Refused actions are recorded too, with the reason. An example is an event that tries to start while another event is live.
  • Your stream: connections, disconnections, refused connections, ad hoc events that start and stop, and events that Slipmat ended after a long disconnection.
  • The artist: changes to the profile and the photo, uploaded media, changes to the crew and the collaborators, and new stream keys.
  • Proposed events: created, updated, confirmed, expired, cancelled.
  • Shows: created, updated, deleted, and the events that are added to them.
  • Soundchecks: each start and end.

Your account log records your sign-ins and sign-outs, your payments, your pastes, and the artist changes that you made yourself.

The logs do not record votes on proposed events, checklist items, Script Studio autosaves, setlist edits, or changes to song request settings.

Only you can see your account log. Crew members with the manage events or manage the artist permission can see the artist log. Roadies cannot.

The artist log belongs to the artist, not to the person who did the work. When someone leaves your crew, the log stays complete.

30 days. Slipmat deletes older lines automatically.

Both logs are also available through the Slipmat API and to a connected AI assistant.
