Streaming Setup

Stream to Slipmat from OBS, a hardware encoder, or any other software or device that streams over RTMP.

Connect your streaming software

Section titled “Connect your streaming software”
  1. Open the Soundcheck page.
  2. Copy the Streaming Server URL and the Stream Key into your streaming software.
  3. Use the encoder settings from the Frankie reference page.
  4. Play a soundcheck before you start streaming to the public.

Troubleshooting

Section titled “Troubleshooting”

Open your artist activity log. Stream connection rejected means that the streaming server URL is wrong, or that you do not have the Manage events permission. A wrong stream key leaves no line in the log.
