Soundcheck

You can run a private soundcheck before the audience arrives – just like you would do at normal gigs. One click starts a private live stream that plays exactly what your listeners get. Only people with a link can see it. Soundcheck before your first stream and whenever your setup changes.

1. Set up your streaming software with the server URL, stream key and encoder settings on the Soundcheck page.
2. Click Start soundcheck before you connect your streaming software.
3. Start streaming, then open the Stream Dashboard. It shows technical problems such as mono audio or an incorrect bitrate. Open the live page from there to listen, or copy its link so someone else can help check the sound and video.
4. Click End soundcheck on the Soundcheck page or in the Stream Dashboard when you are done. If you forget, the soundcheck ends automatically after 15 minutes without a stream.

End it before your event

While a soundcheck runs, your scheduled event cannot open its doors or start.
